Function of Spring in Cone Crusher
What is a sprint?
A spring is an elastic object used to store mechanical energy. Springs are made of spring steel usually. Small springs can be wound from pre-hardened stock, while larger ones are made from annealed steel and hardened after fabrication. Some non-ferrous metals are also used including phosphor bronze and titanium for parts requiring corrosion resistance and beryllium copper for springs carrying electrical current.
Spring in Cone Crusher:
Cone crusher is the classic crusher machine in the world. Cone crusher is designed to use as secondary crusher and tertiary crusher. Comparing with jaw crusher, cone crusher is of stable structure, high efficiency, easily to operate etc.. There are several kinds of cone crusher: spring cone crusher, cs series cone crusehr, hydraulic cone crusher and so on.
The springs is used widely in cone crusher for preventing damage to the machine. As a important parts of the cone crusher (especially spring coen crusher), we can see the springs is around the main machine.

Function of Spring in Cone Crusher
Function of Spring:
Spring of the spring cone crusher is a part of the safety mechanism. During operation, large springs that put downward pressure on the upper frame to prevent damage to the cone crusher. Should some piece of non-crushable piece of material enter the cone the springs can allow the liner half to rise and prevent damage.
