1.Professional maintenance

The high investment costs only yield the necessary profitable success when the plant is constantly in a ready-to-operate status. The demanding technology of our plants requires regular professional maintenance and inspection.

2.Professional inspection

Another important element is the annual safety inspection of the machine carried out by the government's safety organisation. This is more commonly known as the "Professional inspection". All machines and equipment which are used in the company must be checked regularly. There are several rules and regulations ranging from a  Chinese level to those issued by the government's safety organisation which form the basis of these checks.

3.  Spare parts

Liming's number one priority is to match the quality of its service with that of its products. Therefore, maintaining sufficient stocks of all the important spare parts and wearing parts is essential for our customers. The immediate availability ex works saves time and money and is therefore an important and often decisive component when it comes to evaluating our products and services.

4. Pre-sale services

(1) Select equipment model;
(2) Design and manufacture products according to clients’ special requirement;
(3) Train technical personnel for clients;

5. Services during the sale

Respect clients; devote ourselves to improving the total value of clients.

6.After-sales service:

Provide considerate services to minimize clients’ worries.
(1) Assist clients to prepare for the first construction scheme;
(2) Install and debug the equipment;
(3) Train the first-line operators on site;
(4) Examine the equipment regularly;
(5)Take initiative to eliminate the troubles rapidly at site;
(6) Distribute the guarantee fittings door-to-door;
